Each customer’s laundry is washed separately, in our own eco-friendly soap blends, and we can wash unscented on request. Our order system records special-care instructions for each item, so the cold wash or no-dryer note you give us stays on file. What Does Wash and Fold Cost?
Wash and fold is $2.00 per pound with a 12 lb minimum charge. A 20 lb bag comes to $40, plus $15.00 for pickup and delivery in Sidney or within 15 km of the shop, for $55 in total. Beyond 15 km, pickup and delivery is $10.00 each way, and farther addresses such as Uptown in Saanich are $15.00 each way, so confirm the fee for your address when you book. Duvets and pet beds are priced per item on the price list.

What about my delicate or special items?
We offer customizable preferences. If you have specific items that need to be hang-dried or washed on a cold/gentle cycle, just let us know when you book. We record your instructions and follow them.
Can I set up a recurring schedule?
Yes. Recurring pickups and deliveries run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once you have a regular day, you simply set the bag out and we handle the rest.
Which areas do you pick up from?
We pick up across the Saanich Peninsula, including Sidney, North Saanich and Central Saanich, and on a Greater Victoria route that includes Saanich and Oak Bay. Our Saanich Peninsula laundry page lists the areas on our regular route, and you can confirm your address when you book.
